Congress of the federation:
The highest decision-making body of the Jyty, assembling every fourth year.
General council:
The highest authority on collective agreements of Jyty, assembling twice a year.
Executive committee:
Execution of decisions made by the Congress and the Council. About 15 meetings per year.
Central organization:
STTK (Finnish Confederation of Salaried Employees).
Collective aggreement:
The Jyty has two joint negotiation bodies (Union for Municipal Sector and Union for Church Sector) with the Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors JHL. Counterparts in the negotiations: the Commission for Local Authority Employers, the Church of Finland Negotiating Commission.
